Maravilhoso! Voltaria sempre.
A estrutura do hotel é excelente. As piscinas são ótimas. Os funcionários são muito gentis, especialmente os que trabalham no restaurante (em especial o Giuseppe, que foi mto legal com o meu filho de 3 anos). Achei bem acolhedor para crianças pequenas. Disponibilizam boias de braço na parte da piscina, tem um espaço kids legal e as recreadoras são animadas e simpáticas. Também é mto acolhedor da parte do hotel deixar frutas e sucos em alguns pontos. O tamanho do quarto é bom. Ficamos em um quarto com uma varandinha agradável e uma vista bonita.
A piscina de baixo no espaço família poderia estar um pouco mais quente, acaba que quase todos os hóspedes vão para a piscina de cima.

Recomendo este hotel sem nenhuma ressalva, o atendimento foi extremamente caloroso e cordial!
Café da manhã muito gostoso, sucos feitos na hora, comida de acordo com a proposta do hotel, o mais natural e saudável possível, mas podiam ter alguma opções mais saborosas para quem deseja o conforto do hotel mas não está focando em ser fitness durante as férias.
A chegada ao hotel, o estacionamento em frente ao hotel enquanto aguarda alguém fazer o chekin foi um pouco confuso e demorado, o melhor seria ter alguém sempre pronto para auxiliar com o estacionamento e ajudar com as malas.
